Tys Sniffen, Founder
Tys Sniffen has been working on better ways of doing things for a long time. From experiences organizing and running large volunteer groups to being a Professional for the BSA, Tys has worked with groups and systems to teach people easier ways of doing things. From teaching groups to ballroom dance to advising companies how to hire better people, he's worked to communicate clearly and simply while making the learning process fun and vigorous. As a public speaker and trainer, he strives to be called consultant, coach, teacher, leader, and friend.

With a degree from Hamline University in history and philosophy, an Eagle Scout award, and four years as President of his Community Association, NOPNA as well as a range of involvement in other community and professional groups, he has a wide ranging perspective, of teaching, leadership, and creativity. As a sometime regional and national speaker for organizations like the National Association of Professional Organizers NAPO and the SF Bay Area chapter of NAPO he has led seminars on personal technology and time management to professionals and individuals at many different levels of the learning curve.

"Working with Tys has been great. We have fun, we laugh, we get so much done. I've gained a sense of space, freedom and lightness, and learned more about how to better use technology and my PDA than I thought possible. I've used other organizing systems, but never got this far before."
- Dolly Sarlo, Activist and Grandmother

I feel 50 steps ahead of the game, just after one afternoon. It's been a transformation!
